Let's dust off your dreams and return them to the front of the grid!
|
Any endeavor in life can be pursued as a game. When you started out, things like setting goals, making plans, and writing a mission statement were fun and exciting. You had big dreams. You probably made good progress and then hit a plateau. Enjoy the plateau! That is where you become a better player. It is where you gain mastery.
We humans light up when we play — we learn and grow through play. The primary focus of a Frederick Pearce Coaching relationship is playing the game better over time. "The Game" may include business, career, family, creative expression, financial freedom, community leadership, health, etc..
When selecting a coach, look for someone who matches your temperament. You want a coach you like and respect, one who is knowledgeable, experienced and understanding. And, most of all, you want a coach who can help you play a better game.
While compatibility is good, hire someone with a different skillset. As your life coach, I want to add to your knowledge, not duplicate it! I'll teach you success techniques and will share with you lessons I learned winning my success. We will combine my experience with your energy to solve your problems and achieve your mastery.
So, let's get started . . . .

John Martin, President, the ANDMORE Companies, worked directly with Frederick:
“I've had the pleasure of working with Frederick on several projects... Frederick is the ideal coach, trainer, educator and speaker. He can make the complex seem simple and the obscure seem obvious. Frederick has my most complete recommendation.”
