I realized, after all my years in business, that moving ahead from a plateau requires an approach that is balanced in personal and business terms. I will work with you to create a new game plan. My coaching will identify your values, discover your purpose, and revive the upward momentum of your business.
We won't stop there, though. Business growth demands constant and never-ending improvement, just like a football team that must continually improve to stay on top. Your football coach doesn't come in for a few weeks, make a few suggestions and then leave. He coaches for the entire season – indeed, for many seasons. That's how you need to look at business coaching. Your business coach must be a permanent member of your management team.
Business people today are learning from the sports play-book. Top players, in business and in sports, are taking on personal coaches. Like one client, a Realtor, whose business was in trouble when we met. Within 100 days we had turned her business around, and by the end of the year she became the top producing agent in her office. And another, a limosine service, whose business we increased by 40% in less than a year.
These were relatively short-term projects. Think what could have been achieved by continued application. Business improvement is an incremental and never-ending process. Only in this way can the full benefit of the coach's skills and experience be felt.
