Mentoring Small Service Companies

Being the owner of a successful service business takes a special set of skills. And persistence. To grow your service company, would you be more likely to hire another employee or an experienced business mentor?
Another employee is about doing more work. A business mentor is about winning more business, doing it more efficiently and making more profit. Mentoring is about developing the potential you know your business has, and about overcoming the 'road-blocks'  that keep holding you back. It's about leveraging your talents to improve your business faster and make more money.
Look at the books on the right. Do you think those CEOs took their companies to the top just by taking on more frontline employees or by winning more business, doing it more efficiently and making more profit? Did they settle for what was being done or did they decide to play a bigger game? Do you think they did it alone? Jack Welch (in Jack: Straight from the Gut ) said, "Nearly everything I've done in my life has been accomplished with other people."
Are you ready to play a bigger game? (Yes, Frederick – I am!)

If you are having difficulty staying on track, or your life or your business is stuck in a rut, we can solve that. If you are not satisfied or are unhappy, we can solve that. If there is too much to do, or your business isn't reaching the targets you set, we can solve that. If your employees seem incapable of understanding the company's objectives, we can solve that, too.
Of course, there could be other things holding you back or making life difficult. Do you know what they are, or would you like help finding out? ( Yes, Frederick, I would — Let's do it! )

Is your business too  successful? Do you want to scale it down so you can spend more time on the golf course or at home with your family? Or take longer vacations? We can make that happen!

Most successful business people have a mentor. You should have one, too – a seasoned business confidant who understands your difficulties and who is willing to share their own experiences.
My years working in large international corporations, medium-sized companies, and small service businesses, has been invaluable. I have managed and mentored my own employees, so I have been where you are, now. Thirty years ago, I decided to play a bigger game — I started a business which I grew into a multi-million-dollar company. With your enthusiasm and my experience, we will be able to solve your toughest problems, don't you think?
Find out the differences I bring to mentoring and coaching. Invest in Your Future! Successful people hire experts to help them reach their goals. Are you ready to invest in your future success?

Ok! What is your next step? Let's see about getting you started on the road to a brighter, richer and happier future. The goal is for you to be Satisfied, Happy and Profitable.
Can you do that? ( Yes, Frederick! Let's do it! )
