CVSo, Who is Frederick Pearce, really?

Small Business Advisor

In a Small Business, the Business Owner is such an integral part of the operation that, if you want your business to improve, You  must improve!
If you were the CEO of a large corporation and you wanted more sales, you would hire more salespeople. In a small business, if you want more sales, you  must be a better salesperson! If you want a more dynamic business, you  must be a more dynamic person! If you want your business to be a fun place to work, you  must be a fun person to work with! This is the area in which I advise.
Call it Life Coaching, if you like. It's life coaching with a business focus. I call it Business Mentoring. I bring over 45 years of personal business experience, working in large businesses, small businesses, international businesses and local businesses. And a few successful businesses of my own. All of which have been very exciting and a great deal of fun!
Still, it was hard work! I used to be uptight and intense – now I am calmer, happier, and far more pleasant to be around! (Even if I say so, myself!) I won the 'Rat Race' and retired. Over the years, I learned a lot – and I'll share it with you. I did the Workaholic thing so I understand what you are going through. I did it, and beat it! So can you!
May I be your mentor? (Yes! Let me see my options, Now! )

I'll help you with marketing, networking, whatever it takes to move you along the road to success. And, as I am no longer working on my own success, I can concentrate on yours! I'll help you discover hidden strengths and show you ways to overcome your weaknesses.
When hiring an advisor, think about what you need from that person. Do you want his/her experience working on your side? There's nothing wrong with knowledge gained from books, but you might prefer to hire someone who has actually suffered the problems you are facing, and felt the pain of business as you are right now – someone who has been there and got their boots muddy and dirt under their fingernails – someone who has felt the exhilaration of overcoming obstacles and the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of succeeding! A producer, a skilled artisan, a master craftsman! A Doer!
Expensive? No — in fact, I make you money, not cost you money. With my help, you will create the money that covers my fee many times over. In fact, for every hundred dollars you pay me in fees, I expect you or your business to earn a thousand dollars in increased income.
May I coach you? (Yes, Frederick! Let's do it!)
