Discovering your Life Purpose
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COACH
We all follow our Life Purpose in some way, whether we know it or not. If we are not clear on that purpose, the path can be difficult and erratic. If we know our Life Purpose, we can live it lightly and happily. It becomes a question, not of deciding or creating a Life Purpose, it is a matter of discovering your Life Purpose.
Frederick Pearce - Business coach, mentor, speaker, author.
Frederick's Life Purpose program guides you in discovering your Life Purpose.

Discovering Your Life Purpose

It is often stated that the first step of any journey is to determine the destination. I put it to you that this is not the first step — the first step is to know why you want to go anywhere at all!

Peter Pan said to Wendy, "Think a happy thought and you can fly!" so she could go to Never Land with him, in the story, Peter Pan, the Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up.

So — thinking a happy thought, you convince yourself you can fly — Right before you jump off a cliff . . . . . Splat!
    — but, the truth is, you would  be flying. You would also be hitting the ground! The problem is not your inability to fly – you really need to overcome your inability to not hit the ground. You are worried about flying when you really need to figure out how to not hit the ground.
You are focusing on the wrong part. If you focused on the not hitting the ground part, you will easily find a solution. People jump off cliffs all the time — it's called hang-gliding. That hang-glider prevents you from hitting the ground. So you fly!

When we focus on creating goals or objectives for ourselves, we do the same thing. We focus on the wrong part of our Life Game. Goals, or Objectives, are the end of the game, yet we spend far more time on the game than in the winners' circle. We need to focus on the game to improve our lives. We need to know the purpose of the game, before we can determine the objective.

Does that make sense to you?

In the book, "Think and Grow Rich," Napoleon Hill interviewed hundreds of the most influential people of his time about success formulas for individuals. One of the conclusions of the study was that a defined and written purpose was a key to success. It is one of the common denominators in successful peoples’ lives.

That is what I will do for you – show you how to discover your Life Purpose. Not many life coaches focus on Life Purpose. I do!

I believe discovering your Life Purpose is the first and most essential step in becoming an Outrageous Success and being Satisfied, Happy and Profitable.
