The focus of a Frederick Pearce Coaching Relationship is "Improvement." You will become a better manager and your business will be a better business. We think of it as "playing a bigger game," and at every level, you will define what "bigger game" means. This isn't about solving minor problems. Solving a problem in your business only gets you back to where your business was before things went adrift. Our goal is constant and never-ending improvement, and that requires constant and never-ending focus, building to a better future.
Think of your favorite sports team – they don't hire a coach for a few weeks to solve a specific problem. They consider their coach a permanent member of the team. They hire a coach for the entire season, and invariably that coach stays for many seasons, improving the team year after year. That's what I will do for you – build your business continuously.
We will focus on improvement — improvement of your game, improvement in tactics and strategies, improvement of the players, improvement in team mentality, building game skills and improving attitudes, improvement in techniques, improvements in the play-book. That is what I focus on in your business and personal fields — constant and never-ending improvement.
I want to be your coach for the whole season and beyond. That's the reason I call what I do "mentoring."
Business Mentor e-Mail Programs.
These are very effective programs because e-mail is private and it gives both of us time to consider each step of the conversation. Whether your objective is to earn more, work less, or take your business or your life in a different direction, these programs are very efficient and cost effective. You will get a knowledgeable mentor with first-hand business experience.
For the Anytime e-Mail program, we will start by setting or reviewing your goals and devising a plan to accomplish them, and then we will work together to achieve them. We will set "milestones" so you can determine that your program is benefitting you personally and is financially rewarding for your business. We will communicate daily or as often as you feel necessary.
For the Weekly e-Mail program, we will communicate once a week. You will e-mail me, usually on the same day each week, and I will respond to answer your questions, offer suggestions or advice, to guide, encourage or hold you accountable, as needed.
The Weekly e-Mail Business Mentoring fee is $95 per month. First two weeks
are free. This gives
you the opportunity to see if I am the right
coach for you. First payment is due 14.days
